Every itinerary is different, and you should refer to your individual itinerary as a guide for what costs are included in your specific trip.
Hotels: Based on availability, Travel & Fete offers luxurious or the best available room based on your budget, included in the cost of the journey. Single rooms must be reserved in advance at a supplementary cost. Right is reserved to substitute hotels for those named provided in a personal itinerary or on Travel & Fete website when necessary. Specific bed types should be requested at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed.
Meals: Meals are included only as noted in the itinerary. Every effort will be made to provide bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, or tea with meals but may be at an additional cost.
Some journeys will include the services of a travel director, who will manage all matters pertaining to the journey operation.
Sightseeing: English-speaking guides are included in the cost of the journey as shown in the itinerary, including entrance fees for places visited. Air-conditioned vehicles are utilized when available. Four-wheel-drive vehicles may be used in many locations as necessary. Water is included on all sightseeing excursions unless unavailable in a particular destination or location.
Luggage: All transportation and transfer of one(1) full-size suitcase and one(1) carry on are included in the cost of the journey. On some programs, baggage may be limited to 20 pounds. The traveler will be responsible for any overweight charges imposed by an airline or air charter company.
Costs not included in the experience are: Air transportation; airport taxes; passport and visa expenses; laundry, alcohol, and all items of a personal nature; expenses of guides, buses or cars for sightseeing not included in the itinerary; excess baggage charges; health, accident, baggage, and trip cancellation insurance; expenses incurred in recovering luggage lost by airlines, belongings left behind on a tour, and/or in shipping purchases or other goods home from abroad; gratuity to the hotel, cruise, train and restaurant staff as well as local guides and drivers for normal on-journey services or for any personal services when not specifically listed under tour inclusions; gratuity to the travel director; expenses due to the delay or interruptions of a trip for any reason, including but not limited to Force Majeure events, as defined below; expenses and costs due to quarantine, refusal or interruption of service by third parties, or border closures/restrictions. and other items not mentioned as being included.
Prices are based on current rates of exchange at the time of trip proposal and/or confirmation. There may be occasions where Travel & Fete may need to alter or modify Client’s trip components based on vendor operating days or changes in availability; such changes are generally considered minor changes in the itinerary and shall not be considered nonconformance under this Agreement. In the event that Client desires to alter, modify, postpone, or reschedule a trip or its components, Client shall not be entitled to a refund and all refunds will be at the sole discretion of Travel & Fete. Travel & Fete reserves the right to increase tour prices and /or withdraw any part, or the entire trip and to make such changes as may be necessary, and the resulting extra cost, if any, shall be paid by the guests.
Reservations & Payments Deposits and all payments may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) on any itinerary from Travel & Fete.
Deposit schedules may be as follows, but is finalized by looking at individual payment schedule.

*Due to financial commitments, some experiences may require final payment 120 days before departure. Itineraries with special events may require additional deposits and may be subject to alternate cancellation terms as indicated in the detailed itinerary. If you make your reservation less than 90 days prior to your scheduled departure, full payment may be collected at the time of booking.
By choosing Travel & Fete to plan your vacation, you signify your agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Travel Documents: You agree to review your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform us promptly of any issues. The names on your documents must match your government-issued ID.
Agent for Suppliers: Travel & Fete acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary or confirmation ("Suppliers"). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund. In issuing tickets and coupons for transportation of the purchaser by any means and making arrangements for hotel or other accommodation, Travel & Fete is not acting as principal but only as agent for the companies, LLCs, or persons providing or offering the means of transportation and accommodation. To the extent Travel & Fete shall not be acting as an agent, as stated above, it shall be deemed to be acting as an agent of the purchasers in arranging or booking transportation and accommodation.
Risks of Travel and Release: We assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for the acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control or any acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip. We have no special knowledge of dangers during travel or at destinations. For information related to such dangers, we recommend going to the State Department travel website at travel.state.gov, click on "Find International travel Information" then click on "Country Information", and fill in the name of the destination country. For medical and health information, we recommend going to the Centers for Disease Control website at cdc.gov/travel, then click on "Destinations" and scroll to the name of the destination country. It is your personal decision to travel, and you are doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THESE RISKS AND DANGERS, AND YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD US, AND OUR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSOCIATES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, GUIDES, GROUP LEADERS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH YOU NOW HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE RISKS AND DANGERS.
In addition, Travel & Fete cannot be liable for delays in departure or interruption of your vacation arrangements caused by weather conditions, technical problems of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality, strikes, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion or any causes beyond the control of Travel & Fete. In no event will Travel & Fete be responsible for incidental, consequential or special damage or loss suffered by any person. Travel & Fete’s maximum liability, for any reason whatsoever, will be limited to the amount paid to Travel & Fete for its services.
Entry & Re-entry Rules: Clients will be required to submit a color copy of their passport and/or other requested legal identification to Travel & Fete. While we can research country guidelines and requirements, You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to each traveler’s citizenship. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six months or more after your date of entry. Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime. Some countries require both parents’ consent for minors to travel. Travel & Fete is not liable or responsible for any Client being denied entry or exit to or from the travel destination based on lack of adequate documentation or required immunizations.
Fees and Price Drops: You agree to pay the travel planning, change, and other fees. All of our fees are non-refundable. If a Supplier drops the price of a trip after booking, we will try to assist you with rebooking if the Supplier allows it, and a fee may apply. We do not guarantee any refunds or successful rebooking.
Price Increases: Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to Suppliers' supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government, even after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.
Reservation Rule Violations: You agree not to purchase a ticket or tickets containing flight segments that you will not be using, such as a "point-beyond", "hidden-city", or "back-to-back tickets". You further agree not to purchase a round-trip ticket that you plan to use only for one-way travel. You acknowledge that the airlines generally prohibit all such tickets, and therefore we do not guarantee that the airline will honor your ticket or tickets. If you do not use one of the flights in your reservation, the airline will cancel your remaining itinerary, and it may confiscate your frequent flyer points. You agree to indemnify us against airline claims for the difference between the full fare of your actual itinerary and the value of the ticket or tickets that you purchased .
Travel Insurance: Travel & Fete does not purchase travel insurance on behalf of its clients. For your protection, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please note that most policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are inplace. No representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your election not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claim by travel insurer as it relates to COVID-19 or any other claim under the policy.
Credit Card Merchant: All clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file. For your convenience this credit card will be used as a form of payment for fees incurred throughout the booking process. We will notify you before each charge is made. In the event that you have questions, concerns, or dispute a charge to your credit card, If we are the credit card merchant, our role is to facilitate the sale, collect funds on your behalf, and remit those funds to the Suppliers. If the Suppliers do not provide the services, your only recourse would be against the Suppliers, and you agree not to initiate a chargeback against us.
Payment Disputes:All payment disputes should first be brought to the attention of Travel & Fete prior to formally disputing a charge with Client’s credit card company. Any charges disputed with your credit card company, including in the event of cancelation or postponement of your journey as a result of Force Majeure events, will result in Travel & Fete producing a copy of this signed Agreement to the credit card company notifying us of the chargeback of the payment(s) in order to recover our fees. Any additional fees associated with negotiating the chargeback, including but not limited to an hourly fee for time spent by Travel & Fete staff communicating with your credit card company will also be assessed to you, the Client. Failure to pay for our services or fees incurred by fraudulent credit card disputes will result in immediate termination of Travel & Fete’s services and of this Agreement. If a credit card charge (or a check) is rejected by a bank, you will have 48 hours from that time to reconcile payment or you will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.
Photography: Portions of this event will be photographed and/or videotaped. By registering for the event, you agree and consent to your image, likeness, voice, sound, quote and name to be used by travel and fete.com (and its affiliated companies, licensees and assigns), in all media including social media, whether now known or hereafter devised or derived, in perpetuity for advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes or for any other purposes without whatsoever, without limitations or considerations including compensation.
Reviews: Our customer reviews are extremely important to us. Please understand that by submitting any written review of your experience and/or posting photographs or video via our website, social media pages or via email directly to Travel & Fete, and its brands and affiliates, and its employees or otherwise, including any comments, suggestions, ideas, questions, reviews, photographs or videos, grants Travel & Fete, and its brands and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and irretrievable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, translate, publish, create imitative works from and publicly display such Submissions throughout the globe in any media, now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such Submissions. You acknowledge that Travel & Fete and its brands and affiliates may attribute your comments or reviews at our discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary. Whether now known or hereafter devised or derived, in perpetuity for advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes or for any other purposes without whatsoever, without limitations or considerations including compensation.
Claims Deadline and Conflict Resolution : This agreement shall be governed by the prevailing laws of New Jersey, Bergen County. You agree to present any claims against Travel & Fete within 14 days after your trip ends. Should any conflicts arise related to this agreement, the parties agree to seek a suitable resolution through a neutral arbitrator, whose ruling shall be considered final and binding on both parties.
