The Luxe Experience is exactly what you need for a soft life vacation. Upon retaining us to be your Official Travel Planner we will develop your timeline from start to finish to include but are not limited to communicating with your guest(s), sharing itinerary and all important news and updates, sending payment schedules and reminders, and book all lodging, activities, and excursion. We are basically your point of contact before you take off til you return home.

Group Trips comprise of an original Travel & Fete experience that is curated with our travelistas who are ready to take flight with a unique group of individuals all coming together to have a good time. These itineraries are created to provide a one-of-a-kind experience to those who don't mind going with the flow and experiencing the richness of a new country with a group of new travelers.
Private Luxury Experiences are created for those who truly desire a glamorous experience while traveling. You and your guest(s) will be treated like royalty as you should. You choose the budget, desired guest list, and the vibe you are expecting, and we handle the rest to ensure your celebration is well celebrated and leaves your guest(s) with memories to last a lifetime.
Depending on location there may be a rush fee of $100
We understand that plans change for that reason we offer one(1) location change or one(1) itinerary revision so long your location is within the U.S., Mexico, or the Caribbean. If your desired location is outside of the mentioned you may incur a $75 change fee depending on how far along Travel & Fete has invested in your initial contract.
Hotel/Resorts:
If you booked a double occupancy and now need to transfer to a single occupancy dependent on resort/hotel a $75 transfer fee may be accessed.
Villa/Airbnb:
The initial deposit you/your guest pays is non-refundable and usually covers the accommodation deposit to ensure your guest are not affected by a guest count decrease. As always, guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to not incur a loss as a result of not attending a trip.
Minimum guest counts are based on location, but are typically 10
Deposits are either non-refundable or refundable until a given date, depending on the respective booking policy and how close you are to your respective travel date. When you are booking with Travel and Fete we will notify you of all important dates and deadlines. Refer to your contract for complete details.
Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a great deal of work conducted behind the scenes to prepare for your trip/desired location. As a result, the consultation fee covers the time and effort put forth to curate your travel experience. The consultation fee may go towards your full-service fee.
While there are no formal discounts for group flights and bookings, we promise to find the lowest fares available. The real advantage of group airfare is flexibility, which often saves money in the long run. Tickets booked individually are non-transferrable and incur steep penalties if your itinerary changes.
Insurance is recommended to protect your travel investment. If you do not choose to purchase insurance with Travel & Fete, you are required to sign an insurance waiver denoting your choice to decline.
